Crickes Terms and Conditions — Rules for Using Our Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and Crickes ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Crickes website, mobile app or any of its features — including sports betting, live casino, deposits, withdrawals or promotions — you confirm that you accept these Terms without reservation.

Using the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes continued acceptance. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document whenever revisions are made.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Crickes.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Crickes. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Crickes reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be suspended immediately and any funds returned to the depositing payment method where technically possible.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that using this platform complies with the laws applicable to you in your location. Crickes does not represent, warrant or guarantee that its services are lawful in your jurisdiction. Users in jurisdictions where online betting is restricted must not use the platform.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each user may hold only one Crickes account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address or related payment methods — is not permitted and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You must notify us promptly if any of your registration details change. Providing false information, using another person's identity or using fraudulent payment details is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. Crickes is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login details.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed.
• All account information must be accurate and up to date.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account.
• Crickes may request identity verification documents at any time.
• Accounts found to be inactive for extended periods may be subject to a dormancy process as outlined in communications sent to the registered contact.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on Crickes are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.

Deposits must originate from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a third party's account or payment method is not permitted. Crickes reserves the right to return funds and request verification if the source of a deposit cannot be confirmed.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the transaction. These thresholds may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Crickes does not charge platform-side deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account held in your name. Withdrawals are paid in PKR directly to JazzCash, Easypaisa, a Raast-linked account or a bank account registered in your name.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account may be subject to a verification check. This includes confirming your identity and the source of the funds in your account. Please have valid identification documents available if requested.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. For more detail on expected timelines and minimum amounts, visit the Withdrawal page. Crickes does not guarantee that funds will arrive within a specific time frame due to variables within third-party payment networks outside our control.

• Withdrawals must go to a payment account in your own name.
• Bonus funds may have wagering requirements before they become withdrawable — see Section 7.
• Crickes reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of a verification check.
• Suspected fraudulent withdrawals will be investigated and may be declined.

6 Betting Rules

Bets placed on Crickes — whether on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports or other sports — are governed by the specific rules applicable to that market. Bet settlement follows the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority or competition organiser.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user except where a specific "cash out" or early settlement feature is explicitly available on that market. The availability of such features is at Crickes' discretion and is not guaranteed on any given market.

Crickes reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error or human error — and to refund the stake to the user's account. We also reserve the right to limit stakes, restrict markets or close accounts that show patterns consistent with match manipulation, system exploitation or any other form of dishonest play.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary depending on the sport, competition, market type and the user's account status. These limits are set and adjusted at Crickes' discretion.

7 Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets

Crickes offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL specials, free bets and other time-limited offers. Each promotion has its own specific terms, minimum odds, qualifying bet requirements and wagering conditions that are stated at the time the promotion is offered.

Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any winnings generated from those bonus funds become available for withdrawal. The wagering requirement, minimum odds and eligible markets for each bonus are stated in the specific promotion terms on the Promotions page.

• One welcome bonus per customer, per household, per device and per IP address.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• Crickes reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Free bets have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn — only winnings generated from them are withdrawable once wagering requirements are met.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the time stated in the promotion terms.

8 Live Casino

The Crickes Live Casino features real-time table games operated by live dealers, including blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game show formats. All live casino games are provided by third-party software providers, and the rules of each game are governed by both those providers' game rules and Crickes' general Terms.

Technical malfunctions during a live casino game session — including disconnection from the live stream — do not automatically void a bet. If a bet was placed and accepted before the disconnection, it stands and will be settled based on the game outcome. If a malfunction occurs before a bet is accepted, the bet is void and the stake is returned.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per table and per game round. These are displayed within the live casino interface before you join a table. Users must ensure sufficient PKR balance is available before placing a live casino bet.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Crickes and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or system loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets with inside information on match outcomes or any form of match manipulation.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Sharing accounts or allowing third parties to use your account credentials.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other users or with platform staff.
• Attempting to access parts of the platform or other users' accounts without authorisation.

10 Responsible Gaming

Crickes is committed to providing tools that support responsible gaming. Betting should always be treated as entertainment with a pre-set budget — not as a way to generate income or recover losses. If you feel your betting is becoming difficult to manage, please use the tools available in your account settings immediately.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap from your account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for at least 24 hours.
• Session time reminders: Enable session duration reminders to track how long you have been active on the platform.
• Cool-off period: Take a short break from the platform — from 24 hours up to several weeks — without full closure of your account.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the platform if you feel you need to stop gambling altogether. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

11 Privacy & Data

Crickes collects, stores and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to that data processing. Your personal information will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and fraud prevention systems as required to operate the platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

Crickes provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or that it will be free of errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crickes is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including losses arising from a technical fault during a bet or game session, provided the fault is not attributable to deliberate misconduct on Crickes' part.

Our total liability to any individual user in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the stake placed in that transaction. This limitation does not affect statutory rights that cannot be excluded by agreement.

13 Changes to These Terms

Crickes may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users — for example, through a notification on the platform or to the email address on your account.

Continuing to use Crickes after any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance in your account.
