If your question is not covered here, the most common reason is that it is account-specific — meaning the answer depends on details that are only visible once you are logged in. In those cases, logging into your account and checking your account settings or transaction history will usually give you the information you need faster than waiting for a support response.

Account & Login

Go to the Register page and fill in the required details — your name, email address or mobile number, date of birth and a password. You will receive a verification OTP to your registered mobile or email. Enter the OTP to activate your account. The whole process takes under three minutes on most Pakistan mobile networks.

Use the password recovery option on the Login page. A reset link or OTP will be sent to your registered email or mobile number. Follow the steps and choose a new password. Do not create a second account — duplicate accounts are against the terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.

No. Each person is permitted one Crickes account only. Multiple accounts are a terms violation and will result in all linked accounts being closed. If you have lost access to your existing account, use the login recovery process rather than registering again.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use Crickes. Your date of birth is collected during registration and identity verification may be required to confirm this before withdrawals are processed. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 are closed without exception.

Identity verification is typically required before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold. You can upload your CNIC or equivalent identity document directly from the account settings panel after login. It is worth completing this early so there is no delay when you want to withdraw your winnings.

Deposits

Crickes supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR. The full list of available methods along with any applicable minimum deposit amounts is available on the Deposit page.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes. Raast and bank transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, check the transaction status in your bank or wallet app first before contacting support.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa typically have a lower minimum than bank transfer options. Check the Deposit page for the current minimums per method. All amounts are in PKR.

Crickes does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transaction charges depending on your account type and the transfer method used. Always check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank directly if you notice an unexpected deduction on your end.

No. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. This is to protect your account and comply with standard verification requirements. If a third-party payment is detected, the deposit may be reversed and the funds returned to the source.

Withdrawals

Log in to your account and navigate to the withdrawal section from the account dashboard. Select your preferred withdrawal method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount in PKR and confirm the request. Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours. Bank transfers and Raast payouts may take one to two business days depending on the receiving bank. Withdrawals are processed faster when your identity verification is already complete. If a withdrawal is taking longer than expected, check its status in your account dashboard before contacting support.

The most common reasons for a withdrawal hold are: identity verification not yet completed, an active bonus wagering requirement not yet met, or a security review triggered by unusual account activity. Check your account notifications after login — there will usually be a message explaining what is needed. Completing your CNIC verification in advance prevents most withdrawal delays.

Yes, minimum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by method. The current minimums per payment channel are listed on the Withdrawal page. All amounts are in PKR and are reviewed periodically.

Cricket & Sports Betting

Crickes covers Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches and major global tournaments including the ICC Cricket World Cup, Champions Trophy and bilateral series involving Pakistan. You can bet on match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs, method of dismissal, over/under runs per over, and various in-play markets including next wicket and runs off the next ball during live matches. Accumulator bets across multiple cricket matches are also supported for members who want to combine selections for a higher potential return.

Yes. Alongside cricket, Crickes offers betting markets on international football including major leagues and international tournaments, as well as esports titles popular in the Pakistan gaming community. Cricket remains the primary focus but the sports section is regularly updated with additional markets.

Log in to your account, go to the Sports section and select the live match. In-play markets will be displayed with real-time odds. Select your market, enter your stake in PKR and confirm the bet. Odds update ball by ball so move quickly — in-play markets can suspend briefly between deliveries during high-action moments.

If a cricket match is abandoned without a result, most pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned to your account balance in PKR. Partial results — for example if the DLS method is applied in a limited-overs match — may be settled on the official result declared. Yes. Each table displays its own minimum and maximum stake limits clearly before you join. Limits are set in PKR. There are tables available at multiple stake levels, including options suited to casual players with smaller budgets and dedicated high-stake tables for more experienced players.

Responsible Gaming

After logging in, go to your account settings and find the Responsible Gaming section. From there you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Reductions to your limit take effect immediately. Increases to your limit may be subject to a short cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.

Self-exclusion allows you to temporarily or permanently block yourself from accessing your Crickes account. This tool is available from the Responsible Gaming section within your account settings. Yes. The session time reminder feature lets you set an alert that notifies you after a chosen period of activity — for example after 60 minutes of betting or live casino play. This is a useful habit to build in, especially during long PSL match days when it is easy to lose track of time. The reminder is set from within your account settings after login.
